Credit Hire Claims Handler (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning claims management firm to recruit an experienced Credit Hire Claims Handler. This fully remote position will see you manage a portfolio of credit hire motor claims from inception through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle credit hire claims end‑to‑end, investigating liability and negotiating settlements.
• Manage both pre‑litigated and litigated cases within delegated authority limits.
• Maintain strong knowledge of GTA and non‑GTA claim types.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience handling motor claims, including credit hire.
• Credit hire experience is essential; defendant credit hire experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work within delegated authority limits.
• Strong desire for continuous professional development and learning.
