Credit Hire Litigator / Fee Earner (Hybrid, Liverpool)

About the role

Bond Turner is seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigator / Fee Earner to join its Liverpool team. The role is hybrid, allowing a mix of office and remote work, and offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of Credit Hire claims while working within a supportive, award‑winning law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of fast‑track and multi‑track Credit Hire claims from inception to trial.
• Handle liability disputed cases and ensure compliance with court directions and internal protocols.
• Maintain regular communication with credit hire providers and develop strong relationships with hire companies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the litigation team and follow case strategy set by supervisors.
• Negotiate settlements and strive for optimal outcomes for clients.
• Accurately record case details using case management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling Credit Hire claims, preferably within road‑traffic accident litigation.
• Ability to manage a full caseload of litigated RTA claims through to resolution.
• Solid understanding of the personal injury claims process and associated costs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
