About the role

Join a leading financial services consultancy as a Credit Risk Director, shaping strategy and delivering data‑driven solutions for lending portfolios. This senior position combines hands‑on analytics expertise with leadership and commercial influence in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of credit risk and analytics projects, from scoping to completion.
• Manage and mentor teams of analysts to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Oversee modelling work, contributing hands‑on to scorecards, forecasting and strategy models.
• Build and maintain client relationships, supporting new business opportunities and proposals.
• Contribute to internal capability development, training and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in credit risk and analytics within consumer or SME lending.
• Proven ability to manage analytical projects and lead teams effectively.
• Experience developing and applying models such as scorecards, forecasting or strategy models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
