Credit Support Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an organised Credit Support Administrator to join a growing financial services organisation in Blackburn. You will work within a collaborative Credit Support team, ensuring finance proposals move smoothly from initial administration to final credit assessment while delivering excellent service to customers, brokers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare finance proposals for credit assessment.
• Conduct initial checks to confirm applications are complete and comply with company policy.
• Perform credit searches and review supporting documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams on asset valuations and finance requests.
• Support ongoing credit automation projects.
• Identify and raise compliance or fraud concerns when necessary.
• Process amendments to live applications quickly and accurately.
• Work closely with multiple departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Assist wider administration teams and share knowledge through training.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience, preferably in financial services, banking, lending or a regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
