CRM Administrator – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

The organisation is looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to own the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You will ensure data integrity, support users, drive adoption and contribute to the optimisation of business processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Dynamics 365 platform, handling user requests, incidents and system issues.
• Maintain user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings.
• Perform regular data audits, cleansing, de‑duplication and enforce data‑quality standards.
• Design, build and maintain reports, dashboards and KPI visualisations for business decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and execute test plans for new functionality, upgrades and integrations.
• Deliver training sessions and act as the primary point of contact for CRM‑related queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with external technology partners.
