CRM Analyst – DealCloud Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Analyst to own and administer the DealCloud platform for a boutique private‑equity firm in London’s West End. This temporary, high‑impact role goes beyond data entry, delivering accurate CRM data, insightful reporting and supporting deal origination, investor relations and portfolio tracking.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership and administration of the DealCloud CRM system.
• Maintain data quality, structure and integrity across the platform.
• Build and run reports, dashboards and analytics for deal teams, senior leadership and investor relations.
• Support deal origination and pipeline tracking through accurate, well‑structured CRM data.
• Train and support colleagues on best‑practice CRM usage.
• Identify and implement workflow, automation and reporting improvements within DealCloud.
• Act as the internal point of contact for all CRM‑related queries.

Required profile

• Experience working within a private‑equity or similar investment firm.
• Strong analytical ability to turn CRM data into clear, actionable reporting.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a genuine interest in data and systems.
• Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, including investment professionals.
• Candidates from an EA/PA background in PE with developed DealCloud expertise are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DealCloud (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in CRM administration and data management.

What we offer

• Hourly rate equivalent to £55,000‑£60,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the West End office, 2 days remote.
