CRM and Systems Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a CRM and Systems Coordinator to manage and develop our Zoho CRM and MRP Easy manufacturing system for a fast‑growing HVAC group in Chatham. You will own data integrity across both platforms, support the marketing team with workflow automation, and help onboard new system users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance Zoho CRM across all group entities.
• Maintain and improve data integrity within MRP Easy.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and implement CRM workflows and integrations.
• Support onboarding of new system users and keep process documentation up to date.
• Work with the Office Manager on daily operational priorities.

Required profile

• Proven back‑end CRM experience, preferably with Zoho.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset without needing heavy supervision.
