CRM Campaign Specialist

About the role

Superdrug’s Head Office is looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist to own the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel customer communications. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with CRM managers and the wider marketing team to create engaging email, push‑notification and SMS experiences that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch CRM campaigns using Adobe Campaign across email, SMS and push channels.
• Handle day‑to‑day production tasks: brief intake, audience targeting, data selection, campaign programming and post‑launch reporting.
• Develop and analyse test‑and‑learn strategies to continuously optimise campaign performance.
• Support CRM managers with content optimisation, data segmentation and activation of both member and non‑member programmes.
• Schedule and deploy campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on CRM experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to delivering a customer‑first experience and embracing new technologies, including AI.
