CRM Data Analyst – Junior (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical CRM Data Analyst to join our Global Customer team in London. Working in a hybrid model, you will use data to drive customer engagement, optimise CRM strategies and support our luxury fashion brand’s ambition to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise customer data models and segmentation frameworks in Databricks.
• Identify customer insights and trends to inform personalisation, targeting and strategic decisions.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI.
• Ensure data governance and consistency across global CRM and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with CRM, Data Science, Digital and regional teams on omnichannel initiatives and client‑eling tools.
• Update weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to improve retention, purchase frequency and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to regional teams on CRM tools and dashboards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in CRM analytics, data analytics or related roles, preferably in fashion, retail or luxury.
• Strong proficiency in Databricks for data transformation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of CRM principles, customer segmentation and campaign measurement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences.
