CRM Data Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented CRM Data Executive to join a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven team in South London. The role supports multi‑channel communication campaigns and helps maintain a large‑scale client database. If you enjoy working with data, have strong Excel abilities and want to grow in a collaborative environment, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Create custom contact lists for email, outbound calling and direct mail campaigns.
• Produce client‑ready reports with charts, graphs and visual insights.
• Maintain the CRM/database, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication and validation tasks.
• Assist users with inbox queries, account set‑up and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and growth of the database.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a data‑focused or analytical role.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Highly organised with good time‑management abilities.
• Analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data deduplication, fuzzy matching).
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp (or similar).
