CRM & Direct Sales Team Leader

About the role

The CRM & Direct Sales Team Leader will drive customer retention and lifecycle management by coordinating the customer database and launching targeted marketing campaigns aimed at End of Contract customers. Working closely with the Brand Relationship team, the leader will ensure brand‑aligned messaging and gather feedback to improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the customer database for accurate segmentation.
• Design, execute and monitor targeted renewal campaigns for End of Contract customers.
• Lead a small delivery team of two to ensure efficient campaign deployment.
• Collaborate with the Brand Relationship team to align campaigns with brand guidelines.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine future campaigns.
• Drive proactive lead management and spearhead ad‑hoc initiatives to boost lead conversion.

Required profile

• Proven commercial mindset with a track record of turning database engagement into measurable financial results.
• Experience in lead finalisation within automotive, finance, insurance, fintech or data‑rich consumer services (direct automotive experience not required).
• Strong written communication and copywriting ability, capable of tailoring messages to distinct consumer segments.
