CRM Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed business at a pivotal stage of its CRM transformation. As a CRM Executive you will shape lifecycle marketing, design personalised customer journeys and help the company maximise the impact of its campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch multi‑channel CRM campaigns.
• Create and automate personalised customer journeys from acquisition to re‑engagement.
• Develop audience segments and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with data teams to enhance customer insight and campaign performance.
• Use analytics, testing and optimisation to boost engagement and retention.
• Support the implementation and evolution of CRM and marketing‑automation platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• Strong background in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
