CRM Manager – Hybrid (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the evolution and adoption of our enterprise CRM platform within a leading professional services organisation in Bristol. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and offers the chance to shape a major transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ongoing development, optimisation and integration of the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with IT, Data and Marketing teams to deliver enhancements, dashboards, workflows and automation.
• Maintain high data quality, governance and reporting standards.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives through effective CRM utilisation.
• Identify and pilot AI or emerging technologies to extend CRM capabilities.
• Drive user adoption via training, change‑management and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide commercial insights by translating CRM data into actionable reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing enterprise CRM platforms, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing CRM adoption and delivering business‑focused insights.
