CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is looking for an analytical and creative CRM Marketing Manager to help strategise and run ad-hoc campaigns and automated lifecycle marketing programmes focused on sales, engagement, retention and winback. The role grows Fender's existing CRM e-commerce programmes in EMEA and works closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, execution and expansion of CRM programmes in the EMEA region
• Develop and run CRM strategies and campaigns to boost engagement, loyalty and retention
• Partner with the eComm team to improve customer engagement, conversions and CRM channel impact
• Run an A/B testing strategy to improve email deliverability, open, click-through and conversion rates
• Segment audiences using customer data so communications are personalised and effective
• Track campaign metrics such as conversion rate, customer lifetime value and retention, reporting daily or weekly to leadership
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and targeting to deployment and analysis
• Lead internal and external designers and copywriters on assets and content
• Maintain CRM platforms with accurate, compliant data and own the QA of emails and landing pages

Required profile

• Substantial marketing automation experience with proven revenue and engagement growth at scale
• Notable experience in consumer-facing product marketing and subscription products
• Previous experience building a CRM programme
• Background in content planning, briefing and strategy
• Team player able to work across business divisions

Required skills

• CRM tools such as Iterable, Wunderkind and Amplitude, and Tableau
• Customer segmentation and consumer insights
• Project management in Workfront, Trello or similar
• Solid understanding of GDPR and its effect on CRM
