CRO Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRO Manager to own conversion rate optimisation and experimentation across multiple digital brands. You will shape the CRO function, influence strategy and deliver measurable commercial impact on customer journeys and digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the CRO and experimentation roadmap for several digital products.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests.
• Develop hypotheses based on user behaviour, analytics and business goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and development teams to implement test plans.
• Measure, report and communicate the commercial impact of experiments.
• Establish CRO frameworks, processes and best‑practice guidelines.
• Support the growth and capability of the internal CRO team.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation.
• Track record of running successful A/B testing programmes that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret user behaviour and performance data.
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across the business.

Required skills

• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO or Convert.com.
