CRO Manager – Lead Conversion Optimisation

About the role

We are seeking a CRO Manager to build and lead an in‑house conversion optimisation function for a fast‑growing performance‑marketing business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own the experimentation roadmap across multiple high‑traffic digital brands and shape the future of optimisation within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap for several B2B and B2C brands.
• Design, run and analyse A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring robust hypothesis generation and test design.
• Develop a scalable testing framework and foster a culture of data‑driven experimentation.
• Collaborate with developers, PPC, product, marketing and media buying teams to implement winning variants.
• Measure and communicate the commercial impact of optimisation initiatives.
• Prioritise optimisation projects based on revenue potential and business value.
• Grow and mentor an internal CRO team as the function expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end experimentation programmes on high‑traffic websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRO platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Convert.com and AB Tasty.
• Proficiency in designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Ability to generate hypotheses and build testing frameworks.
