CSCS Installer/Fitter – Retail Interiors

About the role

This position is for a CSCS‑qualified Installer/Fitter working on retail interior projects for a client based in Tewkesbury. You will join a team that installs equipment and fixtures, with the opportunity to develop your skills through on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Install equipment and fixtures according to client specifications.
• Carry out site surveys and interpret design diagrams.
• Load, unload and secure products during transit.
• Complete paperwork and health‑and‑safety documentation.
• Work individually or as part of a fitter/contractor team, including night and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS Green Card.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than three points).
• Current passport and willingness to travel abroad when required.
• Previous experience as a fitter/installer, preferably in POS or retail environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements for installations.

What we offer

• Starting pay of £13.50 per hour plus night‑shift bonus and overtime (1.5× after 12 weeks).
• Guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week.
