CSCS Labourer – Helston Construction Site

About the role
We are seeking a reliable CSCS‑qualified Labourer to join a busy construction site in Helston, Cornwall. The position starts immediately and is paid at £17.93 per hour on an umbrella arrangement. You will work on‑site, supporting the daily operations of the build.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general labour tasks throughout the site, including material handling and basic assistance to trades.
- Sweep, clean and keep the site tidy, ensuring all work areas remain safe and organised.
- Clear and dispose of rubbish in accordance with site waste procedures.
- Assist site management and tradespeople as required, helping to maintain smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Valid Green CSCS Card.
- Basic DBS check (required).
- BPSS clearance (can be arranged if needed).
- Full personal protective equipment: 6‑point hard hat with chin strap, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis clothing and safety boots.
