About the role
We are seeking motivated, hard‑working labourers to support construction projects across Cornwall. The role involves a variety of on‑site tasks and requires a valid CSCS card. This is a full‑time, temporary position working directly on active building sites.
Key responsibilities
- Clean communal areas and perform litter picking to maintain site hygiene.
- Assist tradespeople by delivering and handling materials.
- Carry out general site clearance and support groundwork activities.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Provide assistance with roofing tasks as required.
Required profile
- Some previous experience working on construction sites.
- Good understanding of construction site health and safety practices.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Required skills
- Valid CSCS card.
- Knowledge of construction site health and safety.
