CSCS Labourer – Site Service Team

About the role

We are looking for a reliable CSCS‑qualified Labourer to join a leading site service company on a permanent basis. The role involves off‑loading and positioning kitchen units, worktops, furniture and bedroom items at new‑build sites across Somerset.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites and safely off‑load goods.
• Position items accurately within the correct houses or flats.
• Take photographic evidence of completed installations.
• Communicate professionally with site teams and clients.
• Collect a co‑working labourer on route to the site when required.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB certified).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable with strong customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home.

Required skills

What we offer

• Daily rate of £110‑£130.
• Paid 5‑day training (£400) plus fuel allowance of £0.25 per mile.
• Progression to the enhanced ‘Platinum Scheme’ and subcontracting after 12 weeks, based on performance.
• Enrollment in the company’s Fast‑Track career development programme.
