CSCS Labourer Team Leader

About the role

We are partnering with a leading site service company to hire a CSCS‑qualified Labourer Team Leader for permanent work across new‑build sites in Swindon. The role involves overseeing the safe off‑loading and positioning of kitchen units, worktops, furniture and bedroom items, ensuring each delivery is completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites and supervise the off‑loading of goods.
• Direct the placement of items into the correct houses or flats.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, professionally and efficiently.
• Capture photographic evidence of completed installations.
• Communicate clearly with site teams and clients.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB certified).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable with strong customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to two hours from home.

Required skills

• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.

What we offer

• Day rate of £130‑£150, Monday‑Friday, start times from 6 am.
• Paid 5‑day training (£400) plus fuel allowance.
