CSCS Team Leader – Site Services

About the role

We are seeking a CSCS‑qualified Team Leader to manage daily deliveries and site set‑up for a leading construction services provider in Swindon. The role involves coordinating vehicles, supervising site crews, and ensuring safe, efficient handling of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites, off‑load and position goods into the correct houses or flats.
• Supervise site teams to guarantee accurate delivery and proper installation.
• Complete all required paperwork and submit photographic evidence of deliveries to head office promptly.
• Communicate clearly with clients and site personnel, maintaining professional standards.
• Collect co‑working labourer en‑route to the site as needed.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB Certified Access).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual, and presentable with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to travel up to two hours from home.

What we offer

• Daily pay of £130‑£150.
• Paid five‑day training (£400) plus fuel allowance.
• Mileage reimbursement at 25p per mile (excluding first 30 miles).
