About the role
The CTAC team is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Health Care Support Worker to support registered nurses across a range of clinical tasks. This fixed‑term position offers the chance to develop practical skills in a fast‑paced NHS environment while delivering person‑centred care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy, record vital signs, conduct urinalysis and ECGs.
- Assist with wound management and basic patient observations.
- Support nurses with day‑to‑day clinical activities and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person‑centred care.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced setting.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
