Curation Officer (Maternity Cover) – Hybrid

About the role
Into Film is seeking a Curation Officer on a one‑year maternity cover basis. Working across our hybrid model, you will support the curation team in delivering film‑based educational resources and managing the administrative workflow that underpins our programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with licensing, acquisition and curation of film content for Into Film platforms and resources.
- Maintain and proofread content on the Into Film+ pages, upload film entries, and source or crop images for the website.
- Write and upload editorial material such as film blurbs, blogs, curated lists and highlights.
- Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, take accurate minutes, manage project documentation and support team evaluation systems.
- Ensure all work complies with Into Film’s curatorial policy and EEDI principles.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Interest in film, education and youth‑focused cultural programmes.
Required skills
- Proofreading and editorial writing.
- Basic image handling (cropping, formatting).
- Familiarity with content management systems or similar platforms.
