Curriculum Administrator – Part‑time (0.7 FTE)

About the role
The Curriculum Administrator provides essential administrative support to senior leaders, heads of curriculum, staff and students at Kingston College. Working primarily on‑site, you will help ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum, accurate data handling and efficient student services.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain timetables, registers and finance systems related to curriculum delivery.
- Process student feedback, attendance, performance and academic procedures.
- Prepare student references, programme confirmations and organise parents’ induction evenings.
- Coordinate graduation events, room bookings, enrolments and other administrative tasks.
- Generate reports and perform mail‑merge and label runs using the college’s MIS.
Required profile
- Strong organisational ability with a methodical approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure, prioritising tasks and adapting to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Experience in an educational or administrative environment is desirable.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with mail‑merge, label printing and internet applications.
- Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) used in colleges.
