As a Curriculum Manager for Creative Industries, you will drive academic excellence, inspire teaching teams, and ensure our students receive world-class training that meets industry standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate teaching staff to maintain high standards of delivery and student engagement.
  • Drive continuous curriculum improvement, ensuring all programs are innovative and industry-relevant.
  • Manage daily operations and personnel, placing student success at the heart of all decision-making processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted requirements and implement key strategic initiatives such as 'Taking Teaching Further'.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and external stakeholders to enhance learning opportunities and employability.
  • Monitor and implement the 'Targeted Retention Incentive' for high-demand subject areas.

  • Deep commitment to high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
