Customer Account Administrator

About the role

This hands‑on, people‑first position is centred on delivering flawless service to a portfolio of manufacturing clients. From order placement through delivery and after‑care, you will be the trusted point of contact ensuring every detail is managed with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building long‑term trusted relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately, keep clients informed throughout the order‑to‑delivery cycle.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and operations teams to meet client expectations and resolve issues proactively.
• Provide after‑sales support, handling queries, concerns and follow‑ups with professionalism.
• Collect and act on customer feedback, representing the client’s voice to drive service improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and prepare quotes, reports and client‑facing documentation.
• Assist the wider team with account administration and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an Account Manager, Customer Service or Sales Support role within a manufacturing or product‑distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, from processing to delivery and after‑care.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, reliability and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts, stay organised and remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for record‑keeping and communication.
