Customer Acquisition Associate – Hybrid, London

About the role

The Customer Acquisition Associate will join Iolas Capital’s London office on a full‑time, hybrid basis. You will be responsible for expanding the firm’s client base and nurturing existing relationships through targeted marketing and outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the group CRM, ensuring data quality and driving consistent outreach.
• Conduct warm outreach to existing clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Plan, execute and optimise email campaigns and drip‑sequence funnels, including copywriting and automation setup.
• Create and manage a regular newsletter to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Support lead‑generation funnel creation, from landing pages to conversion tracking.
• Handle appointment setting for inbound and outbound interest.

Required profile

• Marketing or business graduate with relevant work experience (placements, internships, freelance or side projects) or up to 2 years in a similar role.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication skills and a results‑focused mindset.
