Customer Advisor – 4‑hour Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

Join JoJo as a Customer Advisor working 4‑hour shifts in a vibrant store environment. You will be the friendly face of the brand, delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base while supporting our omni‑channel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and inquiries across clothing, maternity wear, and baby accessories.
• Prepare and ship omni‑channel orders, including Ship‑from‑Store and Click‑and‑Collect services.
• Handle phone and in‑store communications related to online orders.
• Utilise digital learning platforms to continuously improve product knowledge and retail skills.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented store environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Self‑motivated learner with a curiosity for product knowledge.
• Empathetic listening and sales ability without hard‑selling techniques.
• Team‑player who can work harmoniously in a small team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as the store is open 7 days a week.
• Attention to detail for store presentation.
