Customer Advisor – After Sales

About the role

Join the Aftersales team at our Guildford dealership in Godalming as a Customer Advisor. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with vehicle servicing, parts enquiries and overall after‑sales support in a premium automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers throughout their after‑sales journey.
• Coordinate service appointments, parts orders and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technicians and sales staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Passionate and talented individual with a strong customer‑focused attitude.
