Customer Advisor – Automotive Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Customer Advisor to join our Stellantis &You Peugeot dealership in Birmingham. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through service enquiries, repairs, and sales opportunities while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Adopt and utilise new digital systems as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell additional work identified through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers within the Stellantis group.
• Gather customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefings and follow‑up contacts.
• Estimate repair costs and times, and resolve any concerns raised by customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automotive customer‑facing role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Willingness to adopt new digital tools and processes.
