Customer Advisor (Healthcare Support)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Customer Advisor to join our team near Banbury. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers with sensitive healthcare needs, providing clear guidance, support and secure payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and enquiries via telephone and email.
• Process secure payments and maintain accurate, GDPR‑compliant records.
• Provide tailored assistance based on each customer’s individual circumstances.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and collaborate to resolve them efficiently.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and uphold health, safety and security standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or call‑centre environment.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Own transport is essential due to the rural office location.
