About the role

Join Boots as a Customer Advisor, working on the shop floor in London. You’ll assist customers, operate tills, and support store operations while receiving award‑winning training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers and help them find suitable products.
• Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently.
• Promote in‑store offers and schemes to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
