Customer Advisor / Sales Adviser – Princes Risborough

About the role
This permanent position is based in Princes Risborough and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, and support the business in achieving its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Determine customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions in line with company processes.
- Take inbound and outbound calls, managing enquiries and renewals accurately.
- Record all customer interactions, resolutions and sales orders using the internal CRM system.
- Pro‑actively promote products to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, whether in retail, hospitality or an office environment.
