Customer Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Analyst to join the CRM function of a fast‑growing family‑led healthcare retail group. Working hybrid (2 days a week in the Lancashire office), you will use data to shape customer engagement strategies and demonstrate commercial ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse campaign performance, retention and lifecycle activity.
• Lead A/B testing programmes and quantify commercial impact.
• Support the rollout of a central CRM strategy and best‑practice guidelines.
• Work on large‑scale reactivation and recall programmes.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, technology and external partners.
• Contribute to the build of a new customer data warehouse.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SQL and large‑scale consumer data.
• Proven ability to link insights to commercial outcomes.
• Experience in campaign analysis, A/B testing and retention focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in retail, healthcare or B2C/D2C is desirable.

What we offer

• Salary £50,000‑£60,000 per year.
