Customer Assistant – Enniskillen

About the role

Lidl is hiring a Customer Assistant in Enniskillen. The role covers morning, middle and late shifts, from stocking the shop floor and bakery to keeping the store clean, helping customers and working the tills. Because alcohol must be sold, you must be 18 or over. Flexible contracts of 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week are offered, with weekend work as an option.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful way
• Ensure stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Follow freshness and rotation principles and manage waste correctly
• Assist in the stock count process

Required profile

• A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
• Responsible and reliable, able to work in a fast-paced, varied environment
• Good team player
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not essential if the right attitude is shown
• Age 18 or over, as alcohol sales are required

• Pay of £13.30 per hour, rising to £14.80 after 3 years, with supplements depending on days and hours worked
