Customer Assistant - Replenishment, Brecon

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting friendly, reliable people to join its Free Street, Brecon store team, working across the store to serve customers. The role is a fixed-term position of 3 months, 16 hours per week, on a 5-over-7 rota with shifts from 16:00 to 00:00. The store is described as fast-paced and structured, with clear routines and timed activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers and make sure they get what they need when they need it
• Support various parts of the store, as training covers several areas
• Follow processes and use equipment safely

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Loves supporting customers and resolving their queries
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
