Customer Assistant - Scanning, Aberystwyth

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant - Scanning for its Parc-y-Llyn store in Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth. The role works across the store serving customers in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. It is a permanent position of 20 hours per week, five days over seven, on a day shift from 18:00 to 23:00.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers
• Support various parts of the store, trained to help wherever needed
• Stay active and hands-on, working well in a busy, structured environment
• Use equipment safely and follow processes
• Help support customers and resolve their queries

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful approach
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Passionate about putting customers first
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
• Credit check required before joining if the role involves the kiosk or cash offices
