Customer Assistant – Service

About the role

Join our store team in Coventry to help customers get what they need, when they need it. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, supporting various parts of the store as required.

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands‑on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Loves to support customers and resolve queries
