About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer queries via phone, email or chat.

• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to the team.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and commercially aware.
• Motivated by personal development and career progression.
