Customer Care Advisor

About the role

Join a leading industry organisation in Somerset as a Customer Care Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage the full order cycle using the ERP system, including stock checks, order placement, and delivery monitoring.
• Liaise with couriers to obtain delivery status and communicate any delays to customers.
• Handle complaints, investigate issues, and provide resolutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company terms, contracts, warranties, and returns policies.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales Managers to remove blockers and meet sales targets.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Adhere to departmental SLAs and complete any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
