Customer Care Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join a globally recognised business in Southampton. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and friendly support via phone and email throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Resolve queries and complaints, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Manage cases from initial contact to successful completion.
• Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and complete related administrative tasks.
• Develop strong product and process knowledge to deliver high‑quality support.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, support or an administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of enquiries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
