Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to act as the central link between customers, operations, the sales team and our Global Business Solution Centre. You will ensure client requirements are met efficiently and cost‑effectively while building strong relationships with assigned customers and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Care strategy and follow global guidelines.
• Support assigned customers/affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage the sales order process from entry to shipment, including order changes, complaints and inquiries.
• Prepare debit and credit notes, process quality notifications and handle customer returns.
• Collect customer forecasts, participate in demand‑planning meetings and keep accurate customer records.
• Provide coverage for team members and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience in an office environment.
• At least a High School or Secondary Education Diploma; associate or university degree preferred.
• Strong command of English.
