Customer Care Representative

About the role

Join a growing manufacturing business in Leeds as a Customer Care Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing quotations, answering queries and ensuring a high‑quality experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries, deliver accurate quotations and guide customers through product options.
• Enter and process sales orders in the company system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to organise diaries, arrange parts and support order fulfilment.
• Manage each customer relationship from initial contact to delivery, identifying opportunities to grow the account.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service and sales order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Confident communicator able to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.
