Customer Consultant

About the role
The Customer Consultant supports the store management team in delivering exceptional service and driving sales on the shop floor. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend products that align with The Body Shop’s ethical and natural philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist store managers in achieving sales and profit targets.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers about skincare, makeup and body care.
- Promote The Body Shop’s Community Trade and cruelty‑free values.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle transactions and stock replenishment as needed.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for beauty retail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen actively to customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to upholding the brand’s ethical values.
