About the role

Join The Body Shop’s dedicated store team in Cheltenham as a Customer Consultant. You will guide shoppers through our ethical, cruelty‑free beauty range, sharing product stories and helping them find items that match their lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on over 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products, highlighting natural ingredients and Community Trade origins.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Support store management in achieving sales and profit targets through exceptional service.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and product launches.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for ethical beauty and sustainability.
• Availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
