Customer Contact Specialist – Medical Device Support

About the role
We are seeking a Customer Contact Specialist to join a small team supporting a global medical device company. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service, handling enquiries across multiple channels and ensuring efficient resolution of client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Organise and schedule occupational health service bookings.
- Coordinate clinic appointments, manage schedules and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation and record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

What we offer
- 12‑month contract, full‑time (9 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday).
- Salary of £29,250 per annum.
