About the role
This position involves delivering white‑goods to customers' homes in the Spennymoor area, working alongside a driver. The role is physically demanding and requires a friendly, professional attitude when interacting with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Load, transport, and unload white‑goods safely to customers' residences.
- Assist the driver with route planning and vehicle checks.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during each delivery.
- Maintain delivery paperwork and record any issues.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including the use of required PPE.
Required profile
- Reside within a 30‑minute commute of Spennymoor.
- Available to work weekends and flexible to cover sickness or holidays.
- Pass a DBS check prior to starting.
- Physically capable of handling heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Positive, "can‑do" attitude and reliable attendance.
