About the role

As a Customer Delivery Driver for Tesco in Bicester, you will be the face of the brand, delivering groceries directly to customers' homes across the UK. The role offers flexible hours within set availability windows and guarantees a minimum of 12‑16 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from the Bicester superstore and deliver them safely to customers.
• Plan and follow efficient routes while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Load and unload groceries, ensuring items are handled with care.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and address customer queries.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in clean and road‑worthy condition.
• Report any issues or incidents to the base team promptly.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence (category B) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work the advertised availability windows and flexible shift patterns.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving grocery items.
• Reliability, punctuality and a customer‑focused attitude.

• Hourly pay starting at £14.18, rising to £15.45 for stores inside the M25.
