Customer Delivery Driver – Bradley Stoke (Extra Hours)

About the role

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will bring customers’ groceries straight to their homes across the Bradley Stoke area. The role combines safe driving, careful handling of orders and friendly customer interaction, offering a varied day‑to‑day experience.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the van, trays and work area clean and organised to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely, perform pre‑trip checks and maintain roadworthiness.
• Communicate any order changes, substitutions or short‑dated items to customers in a courteous manner.
• Handle products with care, treating each order as if it were your own.
• Deliver within the customer’s chosen time slot, providing a warm, professional doorstep service.

Required profile

• Friendly and welcoming attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs while on the road.
• Strong team spirit and relationship‑building skills.

What we offer

• Hourly pay starting at £14.18, rising to £15.45 in certain locations.
